Organic Raw Vegan Choco Mousse Recipe

Ingredients: Organic Raw Kaju Cashews - 200g Organic Khajoor Jumbo Dates Medjool - 10 pitted pieces Organic Non-Alkali Cacao Powder - 4 tablespoons Organic Cane Jaggery Powder - 2 tablespoons Organic Wood-Pressed Coconut Oil - 5 tablespoons Organic Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons

Pure Clean Cool Drinking Water - 1 glass

Steps:

1. Blend all the ingredients, except for the pumpkin seeds and coconut powder, in a low-speed mixer. 2. Add or reduce ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and taste for your mousse. For example, if the mousse is too dry, add some coconut oil or water. 3. Once the desired taste and consistency is reached, empty the contents into a glass or steel bowl.

4. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and coconut powder on top of the mousse.

5. Allow it to set in the fridge for a few hours.
