Ingredients: Organic Wood-Pressed Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoons Organic Dalchini Cinnamon Powder - 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Rock Salt Powder - 1/4 teaspoon Organic White Oats Flaked - 100g Organic Brown Oats Rolled - 250g Organic Raw Pumpkin Seeds - 25g Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds - 25g Wild Himalayan Blackberries - 25g Wild Himalayan Gojiberries - 25g Organic Raw Pecans - 50g Organic Raw Almonds - 50g Organic Kakvi Cane Jaggery Syrup - 100ml
Steps: 1. Mix the Cinnamon Powder, Himalayan Rock Salt, Jaggery Syrup, and Coconut Oil together in a large bowl. 2. Powder the White Oats in a grinder. Now mix this oats powder into the above mixture inside the large bowl. 3. Finally mix the Brown Oats and the nuts (cut or broken), seeds, and berries together into the granola mixture inside the large bowl, and mix everything well. 4. Now place the mixed contents of the large bowl into a flatbed pan, and bake inside a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 150°C. 5. Next take out the pan from the oven, break up the mixture, and put it once again back inside the oven for another 10 minutes. This is to ensure even heating across the granola surface, and to avoid burnt bits. 6. Finally take the baked granola out of the oven, let cool for half and hour, and then break up the granola into small pieces and store in a glass container.
