Satjeevan Organic Stone-Ground Bajra Flour is made using the traditional stone-ground or chakki method. It is produced in Maharashtra using pearl millet which is grown all over India. It is used for cooking rotis and rotlas, but the most common food preparation for bajra is bhakri. It is a rich source of vitamin B.
